I know that you usually have to buy some of the gear, but how can you customize it (for instance, a clock face)? Where can I find more information and how-to guides on how to do this?

A. I leave the lamp on for 12 hours and off for 12 hours; this simulates day and night.
How tall should bedroom table lamps be?
Q. I have great table lamps in the livingroom which is in the process of being redone. Would the lamps be too tall for the bedroom? Is there a formula of height requirements for table lamps? For a swag over the kitchen table, what is the clearance?
A. The lamps are not required to be any height...just make sure they are proportioned correctly with your bed post...lamps that are seen as too tall are normally those that are taller than the bed posts!
