Q. we had the interior of our home painted several years ago and are planning on selling it now but there are some bad paint overspray sections from a paint gun on the sides of the interior windows. will paint thinner work or is there another way to do it? what about on the bathroom tile?
A. Use nail polish remover (acetone) on a soft cloth, You could also try alcohol. Don't let it run & drip on Painted or varnished surfaces or set the cloth down on anything painted or varnished. It won't hurt the glass.
How much do I charge for painting?
Q. I am looking in to doing some interior home painting jobs. I am not sure what to charge? Do you base it on the size of the rooms? How and what do I charge?
A. Charge can be depend on different things like the experience you have and speed of your in doing work! If you are experienced and good in speed then you can go with the Rs/hour, like 50 rs/hour or so! and another you can go with the room size, colors, finishing of walls and many more!

How long should I wait to refinance my home? We bought it 2 years ago.?
Q. I pay extra principle each month on it and would like to refinance enough to pay off my vehicle and to do some remodeling on my home, painting, etc. I would appreciate all insight. Thanks!!
A. Usually it takes about 5 years to make it worth refinancing. However, if you have a very high rate of interest already on your mortgage, and you have been paying on principal with paying more than one payment per month, you may be able to refinance now. Interest rates are passed 6 percent now. If your mortgage is 7 or 8 percent and you've paid down on the principal, you may want to talk to your mortgage company or your closing attorney. They may be able to help you.
