Q. Living room, burgundy curtains, light light hardwood floor, walls white, wall opposite curtains to be painted accent color. Furniture is currently blue but will soon be leather black or dark dark brown. Any idea's for colors for that one wall?
A. Gold. You could really go with a tuscan theme with the burgundy curtains and black furniture.

Q. My furniture is a cream color that is just a tone or two darker than my carpet and I have black accent furniture. I have been working on my house one room at a time, and I am stumped for ideas for the living room. New flooring or furniture is totally out of the question, so I am trying to get ideas for paint colors that would make the room look a little less washed out... any ideas?

Sophisticated color pallete for a teenage girl?
Q. I'm moving into a new house soon, so i have the opportunity to paint my room. I'm looking for a color pallete that's more sophisticated and adult-looking. I might do two different colors or paint in an accent wall. I want it to look like a teenage girls room, just more mature. Any ideas on wall colors, accents, furniture colors (im also getting new furniture) or how i should do my room? Thank you.
