My Evil Stepfather, that actually molested me and my little brother, (not that, that has anything to do with this question)...refuses to give my stuff back(he has it all in his storage)
furniture, clothes, and pictures of my family and friends...
Can I sue him in small claims or call the police. What can I do to get my stuff back??
I just want to get my things, flip him off, and move on with my life!

A. Well where i live you would call the police and they would pay him a visit and ask him to arrange a time to collect your things,they would then go with you to the house whilst you got them to make sure there was no conflict.
If you get no joy with that see a lawyer about a court order,have you actually reported him for molesting you though? Seriously if not you should do,he will only go on to do it to someone else and he deserves to be punished for it.
