I'm trying to find a home plan site that has mid-century modern style home plans. Anyone know any?

Q. I've searched and searched, but I keep getting vintage books on mid-century modern home plans. I'm looking to build a home and I need a home plan that is more recent than that to give to the contractors. As long as the plan loox mid-century modern; tons of windows in the front and lots of open space inside. Any help would be appreciated, thanx.

A. Not sure if they could help but their homes are breathtaking.
I think they build the home frame at their site then ship it in parts. (like extreme home make over does)

How to get the home plan of a housing I am putting offer to ?
Q. I am planning to put an offer to a short sale home and wanted to know as how to get home plan of that particular home.

I mean the layout, which defines how big is each room and where they are located (east, west, north south)

A. If the house was built with permits and inspected, then the local government entity that issued the permits and did the inspections will have a copy of the blue prints. They may have to dig around in the archives or go to micro fiche, but they have them, and they are public records, so they have to produce them if you request them.

Has anyone built the Victorian home plan from 84Lumber??
Q. I would like to find someone who has built the Country Manor Home plan from 84 Lumber and get pictures of it.

A. I don't know what 84 lumber is but presume your looking to build a timber framed house. This is a UK site that may be of help.

There are lots in the UK try search for Oak framed houses or something similar
