How to determine what size patio furniture to use?

Q. I'm finishing up a small patio but I want to know if there's a general rule or some sort of online calculator which will help me determine what size patio furniture to put in this space. It's a 7 1/2" by 7" space - but I want to know ALL of my options

A. I found this site, it might help at least give an idea. It sounds like you want to at least give yourself 2-3 feet between the patio furniture and any other obstruction. (Plus I found some really nice patio furniture on this site!)
